Terms and Conditions

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

We travel abroad to find you some of the best furniture makers in the world. Many of our items are produced in Vietnam, China and Indonesia but some are made right here in Australia.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

We tend to carry the majority of our furniture range in stock so these items are usually dispatched within a few days of your order. For any other furniture which needs to be made it takes a little longer. Our Australian made lounges, beds, and mattresses usually take about four weeks to make. Our imported furniture usually takes about 4 to 6 weeks to make, then another 4 to 6 weeks to be shipped in from overseas. But we feel the wait is worth it as you get to enjoy the quality, value, and great prices. We want you to have an accurate idea of how long it will take so we’ll send you a confirmation email once you’ve placed an order, telling you how long your order is expected to take. We aim for your items to arrive at your door in 2 – 12 weeks from when you place your order depending on whether your items are in stock or need to be ordered in.

WHERE IS MY CONFIRMATION E-MAIL?

As soon as you place an order, we’ll send you an email confirming the details within 24hrs. If this hasn’t arrived in your inbox yet, have a look in your ‘junk’ folder – it may have gone in there. If not, please contact us.

PRICING?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and American Express. If you’d like to use a card other than the ones we accept, you can pay via direct deposit, just contact us and we’ll send you our account details. We accept payment by cheque however all cheques need to be processed and the funds cleared before your furniture is released for pick up or dispatched for delivery, which may take a few extra days. Prices are displayed in AUD (inclusive of GST). We reserve the right to adjust the prices without notice if necessary. If your payment has failed this might have happened for a number of different reasons. First, check you are using a card that we accept (including Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard and American Express). Have you entered the card details correctly? Is your billing address in Australia? If you’ve checked everything above and it still isn’t working, we recommend you give your bank a call to check there are enough funds in your account to make the payment.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?

We have a strict quality control process with our manufacturers and warehouse prior to despatch so damage is rare but if you find your product damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product with photos showing the relevant damage. Once approved, we can organise for the item to be either repaired or replaced.

CAN I CHANGE MY EXISTING ORDER?

If your order is for a stocked item we are able to make changes as long as the item have not been dispatched. For items being made we can only make changes before the item has gone into production. Generally once an item has gone into production we cannot make changes however we will always see what we can do. Please contact us for the best advice.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS ONCE I HAVE RECEIVED THEM?

If you have a change of mind and would like to return an item we would be happy to provide a credit note or exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, and received in their original condition and packaging. Returns will be approved at our discretion and you will be liable for all logistic and delivery costs.

CAN I PRODUCT VARIATION

Cause we buy a lot of products from overseas the sizes of some products may vary from time to time. There also maybe some slight varyations in the product itself. For example on one of our products the doors may be pictured here with no panelling, and panelled doors come in from our manufacturers. We will do our best to update photos and sizes when this occurs. Also due to the nature of solid pine timber it may move over the time of its life. We are able to cover this during the warranty period which is the time that any movement will occur usually.
